Talentoday is a leading science-driven people analytics company fueling better decision making at all points of the employment life cycle. They asked for a full rebrand from color palette to website.
It was clear that the name itself is strong enough to stand without graphics so the lion head visual was removed and the typography was softened to make it feel more personable.
Carrying over a few of the original brand colors was important but the client was open to expanding on the energy.
Brighter colors were chosen to increase the excitement. Illustrations were added to help bring more visual dynamics to the pages. Photos of smiling people wearing colors in the new color palette were chosen for the website.
Integrating color blobs as image masks made for fun ways to add life to images.
Various hand drawn illustrations were used under and over images to create depth.
Simple iconography was added so that it felt like a human was part of this design process.
